The requirements to create this new App were based on helping the Barcelona City Council Inspectors in their daily work with the city’s complaints. After a period of research and interviews with real users, we identified the company’s shortcomings and defined the essential features to improve the user experience.

We uncovered clear goals for the app and created an interface that gives city inspectors easy access to maps and other necessary features.
